Dan Weideman has been in legal practice for 40 years, which includes a stint of 16 years with Legal Aid. Due to their work place policy, he had to retire recently, but he is still very much in the game and available to anyone who has the need for a skilled representative in their corner. He has represented many in a wide variety of cases over the years.

While he was better known for his speedy disposal of cases, raking up 100 cases in one particularly busy month, his sheer perseverance and determination meant staying with a particularly difficult case for 7 years. It was well known amongst his colleagues that none could come close to his average case load. His ability to achieve a quick turnaround has meant so much to many of his former clients.
Dan's never-say-die attitude is a refreshing ray of hope for those facing some of life's circumstances.

While he is not one to blow his own trumpet and therefore has not felt the need to ask for any raving reviews, there was often a genuine heartfelt gratitude when the hammer eventually hit the anvil at the end of either a gruelling case or a speedy solution.
Much like the story of the 10 lepers with only 1 who returned to express their gratitude, most of his clients, after a successful day in court, simply walk away, while a few do return to thank this remarkable attorney.
That being said, walking through the streets of Graaff Reneit, he often gets a cheerful greeting from those whose lives have been touched by his skilled representation in court.

His main base of operations has been in Aberdeen, where Graaff Reinet is the 'large town' nearby.
Having recently moved to Velddrif, on the West Coast, he continues to service clients in the Eastern Cape, dividing his time for a week or two at a time at the Aberdeen offices.
Cradock, Queenstown, Cookhouse, Somerset East, Middelburg, Murraysburg, Willowmore, Jansenville and Uitenhage are among the places he has travelled to, to represent clients in court.

In the West, the nearest 'large town' is Vredenburg.
Distance means nothing to him and he is available in many towns in the West Coast area, including Langebaan, Saldanha Bay, St Helena Bay, Hopefield and Piketberg, to name but a few.
